I’m a Swede settled in New York. I've spent the last 15 years creating ambitious work with amazing people around the world.
My career took form at Grey Stockholm. I spent five years there as an Integrated Producer, taking interest in the different mediums of advertising production. As digital was slowly growing into our industry, I quickly found an all-encompassing passion.
Eager to find a new challenge, I didn't hesitate when I was a offered a Digital Producer position and to run the 2010 World Cup Digital Campaign for Adidas at 180 Amsterdam. I went on to build adidas biggest segment "running" on their e-commerce platform adidas.com. This time defined me and my path for years to come - the combination of technology and storytelling was unique and inspiring. Additionally, I fell in love with the culture of global agencies for their high standards of creative work. Amsterdam is still to this day one of my favorite cities in the world.
I moved to New York in 2011 to work for a digital boutique specializing in luxury and lifestyle brands. Syrup, an Lbi company, allowed us to work freely in the LBI/Digitas/MRY network. While on Coca Cola I delivered their 2012 official Olympic site and the VMA music collaboration with Jason Derulo. A found a new sense of growth as the projects were both in budget, duration and complexity larger than my previous experience.
At AKQA I worked for Mondelez on Wheat Thins and Chase Bank. As Senior Digital Producer I managed budgets and projects focusing on both platform, content and social campaigns. As an organization, AKQA is heavy in financial management and production processes, which has been valuable and applicable throughout my career.
The years at BBDO brought new diversity to my role. Along with continuing working on digital projects and social content, I ventured into large experiential art builds and events. My role required scoping and leading large scale multi workstream productions in various medias, building teams and mentoring junior producers.
During my time as Integrated Executive Producer at Translation I’ve had the opportunity to deepen my skills in managing teams in broadcast production. I lead teams that successfully executed NFL’s 2018 Super Bowl Spot… in 9 days, and an cinematography award winning underwater shoot with Stephen Curry for Kaiser Permanente.
In 2017 Translation LLC launched a sister company, United Masters, a new kind of music label, lead by Steve Stoute and backed by Alphabet. Due to my integrated background and eagerness to further develop department leadership and operations skills, I was asked to set up and lead the initial production at the label. My ability to be versatile and observant to what the label needed, allowed me to succeed while implementing structure and mentoring the employees in production processes and legal considerations for artist productions.
Creativity and art is and always will be a huge part of my life. I'm inspired to work for an amazing idea, and take pride in working with good design. I draw and paint when I have the time, but I am committed to my sculpturing. I’ve spent years working in clay and love the freedom and balance that my sculptures bring.
